All of our products are made to order. Once payment is received, it typically takes 3-6 business days to make your products.  Please note: Once your order is sent to production it is non-refundable. Please see our shop policies for information about payments.

Orders typically ship from our production facility within 3-6 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within the US and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB cards.

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal information (especially your name, address, and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. Promo codes may be entered from the cart page under “coupon code” or during check out there is an option on the top of the order that says “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click . Only one promo code may be applied per order.

Due to the nature of a made to order business we are not able to fulfill expedited shipping requests. We can not guarantee shipping times. 

Made to order products are non-refundable once your order is placed. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. In the event that your item is damaged, defective, or not as described you have 5 days from the time of delivery to contact us for a replacement or exchange.
