Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before using the KKPires.com Web site (the “Site”). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Accordingly, you should check the date of the Terms & Conditions (which appear at the end of this document) and review any changes since the last version. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this Site.
After payment is received, orders take 2-6 business days to process before shipping. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
MADE TO ORDER DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of made to order items, refunds and exchanges where there is no product damage or defect present are at our discretion. Please order responsibly.
Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as realistic as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Some products may be shipped direct to you from our production partners. If you are purchasing multiple items you may receive items in separate shipments. You will not be charged additional fees for partial shipments.
Shipping times to outlying US territories may take longer to arrive than mainland orders (As you are likely aware if you live in one of these territories.)
Please note, weather emergencies and governmental shutdowns may arise and delay orders. We will do our best to communicate any delays when we are aware of them.
We happily support and love our international customers. KK Pires™ is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible, a request for return or exchange must be submitted through our website within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our FAQ page for details about specific exchange and return situations.
We may require that you provide photos of damage or defects before a replacement will be sent. Items returned without approval will not be credited to your account. We’re sorry, requests not submitted within 30 days of purchase will not be eligible. Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable. Donation portions of sales are not refundable. Items where donations are a portion of sale will be clearly written in the item description of the product.
